ArtInsights Gallery of Film and Contemporary Art

Leslie has worked in the film art and animation art industry since her early 20s, back when only five animation art galleries existed in the world. In 1994, she founded ArtInsights Gallery of Film and Contemporary Art with Michael Barry, her husband. Twenty-five years later, ArtInsights has grown into a thriving gallery specializing in rare film production art, campaign art, and animation concept art, as well as original art by artists who work inside the film industry. Collectors from across the world come to view and purchase these treasures in person. They also work with Leslie through the emails and phone calls. These are personal art consulting sessions in which she targets interest and builds collections with rare, exciting images that represent the collector’s love of cinema, childhood nostalgia, and appreciation for the history of film.

Leslie has an unparalleled knowledge and expertise in film and animation art that makes her gallery one-of-a-kind, and her place in the art world essential and unique.
